You can choose Yoga between 8 o’clock Monday Evenings (EST) or 7:30 Thursday Mornings or enroll in both.
First Monday series: 2022 Jan 17, 24, 31, Feb 8, 15. First Thursday Series: Jan 20, 27, Feb 3, 10.
Seniors may prefer these more gentle classes compared to the YOGA. Also once a week, also based on classes Nicole offered in the Toronto Community Centers before COVID *.

You can enroll in Gentle-Fit for 7:30 Tuesday Mornings. (EST) Starting Series: 2022 Jan 18, 25, Feb 2, 9.
We all have physical limitations but we can preserve and develop our comfort, flexibility and energy. You can enroll to continue the week before the last class.
RECOMMENDED to have space on the floor to lie down and stretch if that is comfortable. ALSO best to have a chair you can use for balance and support as well as seated exercise.
