An eight-week series of on-line coaching for a group of people who, like you, think they do have or may have a problem controlling the overgrowth of yeast (Candida Albicans).   

          Each week brings you a new video to download for preparation, some homework, and the live group meeting with Dr Nicole on Tuesday evenings.  We have a safe, private group space for your communications between series-mates.

          Your experience will leave you with practical  information and skills, a helpful perspective and important tools for health.

          Our group offers the advantages of mutual support.  It does not replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health practitioner in a patient-client relationship.   In all matters of health you are an individual; a coaching series for a group, is limited by that consideration.  Safety is our first consideration.  That’s our personal value and our professional ethic.
